An all around amazing experience working with Lori! She is a seasoned agent who clearly knows her stuff. As a first time home buyer, I went into the process without any real knowledge of what to expect. Lori took the time to answer any questions I had, sometimes on a daily basis, until we were fully on the same page. I never doubted for a second that she would be able to answer any question I had or offer sound advice to help close a deal. She makes you feel like you are her #1 priority. I have been working with Lori for years! She always answered the phone when we called and had our best interests at heart. She has a genuine heart and is extremely passionate. It felt like we were one big family during the whole process of buying. Because I'd heard nothing but horror stories, I was nervous. It was Lori who provided me with answers to all of my questions. I was introduced to Lori in 2018 as I was selling my house and doing a 1031 exchange to buy a rental property. It was my first time doing so and I was anxious about the whole process. It was about a two month process for both transactions to be completed. Throughout the whole process Lori made me feel both confident and at ease. Best qualities I like are that she’s always available promptly, easy to talk to about anything, and she’s genuinely a good person. I've has the pleasure of working with Lori before in the past and she continues to be my go-to person for all things real estate. Previously she helped me sell a rental property in a normal market. This time she took on the task of helping me buy a home in a very crazy market. Lori helped me achieve this in 2 months of working with her! She is simply fantastic in every way and her work ethic is nothing buy stellar. She always made sure that I understood everything by making herself available when I needed her and she provided great advice throughout the whole process of looking at homes, making offers, and ultimately, closing the deal. Lori is a STAR. Period. She helped us sell our condo and buy a home in the middle of one of the most insane and competitive real estate summers in LA history—and it was smooth and easy. She lined up properties all within vicinity so we were able to knock out 3-4 viewings a day within 2-3 hour periods. When the time came to make offers and negotiate, she handled it flawlessly. I work on deals and negotiations all the time, and seeing her handle our family's affairs the way she did gave me so much peace of mind. I have already referred her to my closest people and will continue doing so because she is simply at the top 1% in her game.
